Scope of application:
Diagonal tube packing is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. In the past decade, it has been widely used in water supply and drainage engineering and has become a water treatment device. It has a wide range of applications, high processing efficiency, and limited footprint. Suitable for sand removal at water inlet, inclined pipe packing for general industrial and domestic water sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tail tension concentration treatment. It is suitable for both new construction projects and the renovation of existing old tanks. All can achieve good economic benefits.
Characteristics of inclined tube packing products:
1. The wet area is large and the hydraulic radius is small.
2. The laminar flow state is good, and particle settling is not affected by floc flow interference.
When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons per square meter per hour. V is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second, resulting in better effluent quality.
4. When using honeycomb inclined pipes at the water intake with a length of 2.0-3.0 meters, they can operate safely in high turbidity environments with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/cubic meter.
5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.
